Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply between Callanetics.shop (Gerdschi GmbH, Breitenleerstrasse 180/2/8, 1220 Vienna) and the user of the callanetics.shop offer and are intended to clarify the rights and obligations.
1. Orders
Orders are binding and, unless otherwise stated, are usually processed by us within 5 business days. We do our best to deliver all ordered items, but cannot guarantee availability.
2. Shipping to all countries is possible. Any customs and import fees as well as the risk of import refusal, depending on the legal situation, are to be borne by the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
As indicated during the ordering process, these may vary depending on the destination country. The costs of returns are always to be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping & Payment
Payment must be made immediately after placing the order. Shipping usually takes place after receipt of payment. If no payment is received within 7 days, we reserve the right not to reserve the ordered items any longer. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
5. Right of Return
The right of withdrawal as stated in the cancellation policy applies.

7. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
The exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Vienna (Austria) is agreed as the place of performance. The court in Vienna with jurisdiction in each case shall be the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes. The jurisdiction in Vienna also applies to contractual partners who have their registered office (residence) abroad. These terms and conditions and all contracts and agreements are subject exclusively to Austrian law.
8. Severability Clause
Additions or amendments to the terms and conditions, contracts and agreements require written form to be valid. Should any provision of these terms and conditions, agreements, or contracts be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic purpose and economic result comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision and which reflects the original intention of the contracting parties.
